the war on mind melts away, no more words are needed. what more need be said.

Thanks. The main thing i get stuck on now is when i try to look at or 'taste' pure conciousness without thought, i cant tell if i am still using my mind to look with? It still feels like 'me' (the mind me) looking.
The other thing is, if i just allow my mind to carry on, then i just get caught up in it and lost.
