Afterwards, case followed in which the judge stated the cyclist was right, accused me of being unable to stop despite of the cyclist's location.
That shows how retarded Belgium's legal system is when it comes down to something as that.

They also like pushing plea agreements infront of you from the DA. This doesn't sound right
