since they started toskala in the last couple of games he went from being 1-5-2 and now he is 5-5-2 he is starting to try...and his glove is awesome and yes everyone said they have no chance in the playoffs but look they have been winning allot of games lately it just took a while because people were injured and they didnt have kessel and...anyone find stajen doing better with kessel he finally has someone to set him up i give credit to toskala for those awesome glove saves and the team.

not a leafs fan but dam toskalas glove was on fire, they made a nice comeback there after going down 2-0 in the first. that kid for the caps looked pretty good to, he let in some soft goals but he made some really nice saves as well

the tml could have had a bigger win if schenn wasnt sitting out. i find luke is the heart and the future captain or the tml. he is an amasing asset to the team. for being the youngest member of tml i find he happens to be one of the best players of the tml.. and taskala omg omg he did amasing.. but it would hav ebeen at least 5-0 for toronto if they were werking as a team in the first period..

Luke was awesome last year...But he definately WASN'T amazing this year...He's struggling...And about the C...He now has serious competition in Komi and Keberle...

yea i agree with you izumka i think hes a bit slackesh this year maybe because he doesnt get his adrennelane rush cuz they dont give him any game time they loward it from like 22 mins per game to like 9-10 mins a game

Wow what a great game by the leafs this coming from a nucks fan. It was so much fun to watch and its great anytime the underdogs can come back from a 2 goal deficit. Go leafs go nucks both teams make the playoffs please.

Leafs played fantastic. This was a really close game regardless of the score. Toskala made not a few but many important saves to keep the Leafs in it. The last breakaway by Semin could have made it a one goal game with 10 minutes left.

They are now hands down the most exciting team to watch in all of hockey.

How So? - the new guy let in a few soft ones.

If Varlamov was in net, they wouldnt have given up a 2-0 lead. Maybe even Theodor would have been a better choice... Oh well, its only the guys second NHL game, im sure he'll improve.

for the leafs to make 2 comebacks like that and still take the lead.

this just goes to show that when the leafs were losing so much at the beggining of the year that they could pull off wins its just that nothing was going there way (more importantly bounces) and that the close games they lost shouldnt have happend

but with this win to build off of they should be in really good shape for a playoff spot!

im a leafs fan and it kills me to say this but leafs won't make it to the playoffs,

They were playing the capitals, without their starting goalie.

They played boston, who cannot score against any other team but scores like mad against the leafs.

And toskala wil get hurt again, and will play shitty..it always happens.

I hope im wrong but i must say they are starting to score, the people that they need to score, grabov, stajen, poni, blake.

and damn, kessel has a fast f***ing shot

Toskala is the main reason Leafs won this game. 3 breakaway saves.Toskala is starting to play well.

wow the leafs whole 1st line is scoreing. I thought only Kessel will score alot of goals but stajan and Poni is just as good as Kessel interms of scoring.

& the leafs have two good lines that could score. + Kabarle

If the leafs fix their pnealty kill & gets good saves like this game they should make the playoffs Only 3 points out now (i think).
