  • Andrei "Akula" Markov calls it "Normal Landing".

  • he's one hell of a pilot man !!!!

  • Landing like a BOSS!!!

  • holy shit

  • Wow Respekt

  • haha this is skill? really?

  • Landing Like A Boss!

  • 38 americans said ...... crap !!

  • pilot has played too much bf3 :)

  • This is the best airshow Ive seen. You walk right among the planes, yes the ones that perform, some you can sit in. The runway is right there. Its basically an aircraft sales gimmick to other countries but fun as shit.

  • thats Russia

  • Actually any pilot has to do that in a little plane when there's a lot of side wind.

I know there wasn't wind there, because it's just a show. But any pilot in a little plane trying to land with high side wind, they have to drift the plane and right over the tarmac, they have to straighten the plane and land first the tires on the side that the wind is pushing, and only then they fully land the plane.

  • is this the sukhoi?....or sucky?

  • The pilot did not fool with the plane all is well. Just allow the aircraft to perform maneuvers at low speed, with extremely high angles of attack, with no risk and with great accuracy, thanks to the variable vector engine thrust. (Control plane in the form of a joystick, which automatically changes the movement of the thrust vector engine) And for such a pilot as Sergei Bogdan, it is called, simply - GOOD JOB!!

  • now that guy is one PROFESSIONAL RUSSIAN!!

  • @igotjuice007 It was very good day.

  • Only in Russia is this allowed. Awesome!

  • WOW! just like the REVO trike!

  • In Soviet Russia, plane controls pilot.

  • @GeorgeClarke93

In stupid Britain Capello controls ....Yeah!

This is pilots one of the most best in the world.

  • @Huselius77 'Cause that made sense.

  • Any one else use this on BF3?

  • nothing crazy .... just fighter pilot !

  • Comment removed

  • not jet can do that or dare to do that

  • Sukhoi - The superior fighter jet

  • russian pilot are crazy buggers no one can match them, amazing skills

  • @jerryjenick No they have nothing to live for

  • Americans are outraged because their fighter could not repeat it.

  • @MrSrgj their fighter could probably do it,but they just dont have any pilots that can do it.

  • @MrSrgj Actually, I'm more angry that you're crediting the fighter and not the pilot. So, what, your pilots are not deserving of credit? The plane is just a hunk of metal, like all vehicles. The skill lies in the pilot, nothing more, nothing less, and honestly, I'm sick of all this country vs. country crap. Last time I looked, countries didn't fly jets, pilots did. To say that they are skilled because they were born in a certain country is disgracing the time and effort they put into their jobs.

  • @AINGELPROJECT667

    You are wrong!

Maneuverability depends solely on the fighter.

It's no secret that Russian fighters can perform complex maneuvers only because of the characteristics of a fighter.

  • @MrSrgj

The fighter is a machine. Sure, it is incredibly advanced and well-made, but without a skilled pilot to fly it, if just sits there on the tarmac and looks pretty. You need a good person behind the joystick before that jet can do anything.

  • @MrSrgj Uh, you ever seen a carrier landing??

  • @Sahadi420

In the World, only Russia and the U.S. are able to make great fighters.

  • @Sahadi420

Not only I think so, already 18 people have put "like".

The American fighters are excellent, but not the best, because experts say that Russian fighters the best in the world.

If you don't believe me, read books about aviation and avionics.

  • @MrSrgj well, your fighters couldn't keep the Soviet Union together. By the way, the day of manned fighters is almost over.

  • @MrSrgj The F-35 can do anything it wants to do when in VTOL mode.Bet this SU-37 cant do a 360 degree turn while hovering. Or land vertically. Sorry F-35 could do this too.

  • @gunguy702 Let's see the F-35 preform the Kulbit. The F-35 also happens to have an inferior range of only 2,220 km when compared to the SU-35's 3,600 km and is around 200mph slower than the SU-35. Comparison between these aircraft is pointless.

  • @biglou117 Youre talking about the F-35B, remember that. The A model is much better and faster. BTW the aircraft in the vid is a SU-37. The B model can fly like a helicopter but also be a jet. So there is no comparison in landing or taking off between the two.

  • @gunguy702 All the more reason for you to stop bickering in the comments about which is the superior aircraft.

  • @gunguy702 I'm not talking about you personally by the way. I'm talking about keyboard warriors who are comparing these aircraft.

  • @biglou117 in real life it all depends on who has the better pilots.

  • @gunguy702 And who has better BVR missiles! :D

  • @biglou117 The F-35!!!!

  • @gunguy702 Maybe. Although we don't know what black magic those crazy Russians are cooking up in the missile labs! :)

  • @biglou117 are you kiddin Americans have come up with the F-15 ACTIVE 25 years before the SU-37 came out we should be interested in the American labs!!

  • @gunguy702 I wouldn't bother comparing the F-15 with the SU-37. They are two very different aircraft and remember that the F-15 is getting quite old and is in need of replacement. We need to compare aircraft which would be engaged in combat with the SU-37 as the F-15 will most likely have been withdrawn from frontline service by then.

  • @biglou117 The SU-37 and the F-15 ACTIVE were cancelled(the F-15 ACTIVE had F-18 tailplanes attached to the intakes and had 3-D thrust vectoring.). I guess the T-50 might have an engagement with an F-22 or a F-35 but the Americans would most likely win due to their time spending with RAM coatings and tactics developed to use that tech.

  • @biglou117 sorry made a mistake, you are talking about the A model.

  • @MrSrgj Bullshit. This is not all that special of a maneuver. It's called a forward slip, and the Tomcat used to do it well. It's just that in other than a combat or aerial demonstration you aren't going to see it because due to safety there is no need to perform such a maneuver otherwise. Impressive to non-pilots...not all that impressive to those who know what it is.

  • @MrSrgj

maybe, maybe not -- the point is, at the very least: "Glad you Russians finally got something right."

  • Very nice controlled sideslip, I can't do better.

  • Vodka Landing

  • @vvsector1

If fantasies make u happy, dream on..

    Nothin's changin :)

    Cheers buddy.

  • @vvsector1

T-90 is Russian, just assembled here.....im not soo stupid..lol..Su-30MKI is a joint venture, though mainly Russian. Visit IAF's official site to know India's contribution on the Su-30MKI. BrahMos is 50-50 Joint Venture.

U wanna know about India's own 5th gen..? Look up on google "Hal AMCA"

And spaceship..? U mean Space programme...?..Well, we are one of the 4 nations to have our flag on the moon,..

  • @vvsector1

YEp..i do...a joint venture is a joint venture....

Shud i believe a dude on youtube claimin to b an aircraft designer, or shud i believe the officials?

    from wiki

"HAL’s work share will include critical software, including the mission computer; navigation systems; most of the cockpit displays; the counter measure dispensing (CMD) systems; and modifying Sukhoi’s single-seat prototype into the twin-seat fighter that the Indian Air Force (IAF) wants"

  • @vvsector1

    huh..?

The Sukhoi/HAL Fifth Generation Fighter Aircraft (FGFA) is a fifth-generation fighter being developed by Russia and India. It is a derivative project from the PAK FA,

A contract between Bangalore-based Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) and Russia’s United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), will commit to building 214 fighters for the IAF and 250 fighters for Russia

    Get your bsics right....

  • show some respects!

  • SU-35BM Flanker-E 2011 is the last of the flanker series unfortunately =(

  • @gerry7man555 There's always the Su-37...

  • @Carbide195

There is? Um, sorry there were two of them. Both no longer exist.

  • This guys are amazing, I just saw another Sukhoi doing an aborted landing on a carrier, you guys should see it, its amazing.

  • like a bird ... lol

  • Looks like some great low-speed handling qualities there. The approach in that wide sweeping turn reminds me of how the F4U Corsair was finally tamed enough to land on aircrat carriers in WW2 and Korea.

  • @xpasswdx Sergei Leonidovich Bogdan - Test Pilot 1st Class. The pilot of sea aircraft. May 23, 2011 received the title "Hero of Russia." He was awarded the Order - Courage. Russian Air Force colonel. Honored Test Pilot of Russia. Born - March 27, 1962 in Volsk. The pilot test - fifth-generation fighter PAK FA (T-50). He mastered 55 types and modifications of aircraft.

  • @xalekcey Thanks!

  • è pazooo!! O.O

  • The Sukhois pull of the most unseen and amazing shyt.

  • @MrJoyride619 No F***ing kidding, its like everyday new shit with this jet.I am in awe of all the Sukhois, hope they never die.

  • @ilona832 Oh but they can do it. It's the top pilots which can do it safely and precisely. That's why Sergey is in that cockpit.

  • people, you are so terribly wrong... russia'll never lose it's leading position in sky, at least while engineers with soviet education are still alive. They are best, consider it and live with it.

Just as a small example: I speak your language, do you speak mine? I'm proud of being Russian.

  • @lisikunique

No Russian, or any other aircraft comes close to the F-15's combat record. No plane comes close to the functionality of the F-22. So I'd have to say that Russia doesn't have much of a leading position.

  • @EvilxMerlin

I admire you people being so patriotic but it also makes you blind :( Couldn't find a video here on youtube right now 'cause I have to hurry but there is one of discovery channel that tells about SU-35 and its features and it's maneuverability has never been overcome by any plane. Still US does make the best helicopters in the world, the only analog russia has is K-50 Black Shark, but one helluva good machine can't compete with entire industry ;)

  • @lisikunique The Ka-50 has proven to be a very hard aircraft to pilot, as only a few pilots may fly the aircraft and coordinate fire at the same time. Other than that, a revolutionary aircraft, but the same can be said about the F-22. Revolutionary and efficient don't always mix well...

  • @EvilxMerlin

here watch?v=_VOFdXO929Q I found video I was talking about. It's been translated in russian but still it has english subtitles.

  • @lisikunique

And? The F-22 is capable of manuvers the Su-35 CANNOT do. Period.

  • @EvilxMerlin

Did you watch video I mentioned above? No other plane is capable of maneuvers SU-35 is and this time it's period.

  • @EvilxMerlin Actually the F22 is considered by many to be the first Western aircraft to be put into service capable of performing on par with soviet jets when it comes to aerobatics. And the SU-35 has also thrust vectoring so, yeah.

I mean, I like the F-22 and think capability-wise to be superior, but that's thanks to a series of element that are currently only being introduced in other aircrafts that it already uses.

  • @EvilxMerlin Ever heard of the "Cobra" maneuver, also called "dynamic braking"? That's something the F-22 cannot do, even if it has thrust vectoring... Stop comparing the uncomparable.

  • @theeltea

Really? Um, newsflash, the F-22 has been doing BOTH versions of the Cobra (including the "super cobra" from LEVEL flight) as well as the Kulbit at airshows since they started doing airshows for the public with the Raptor... I don't know where you get this corrupted information from.

  • @EvilxMerlin Let's get you started about the F-4 and Vietnam. Any comments on that? Seriously, what's wrong with you? Are you some kind of patriotic zealot?

  • @theeltea

The F-4 was a pig. A giant smoking pig. That being said, it did set quite a few records that stood for many years until beaten by the F-15. 33 F-4's were lost to MiGs (17's and 21's mostly), 107.5 MiGs were lost (again mostly 17's and 21's). Not the best showing at all. Especially against Vietnamese pilots.

  • @EvilxMerlin And that score could have been quite different if they wouldn't decide against the gun and stuff...

  • @theeltea

Maybe, but if the war had kept going on, Russia would have put more and more pilots in the cockpits. The missle dependency nearly killed BOTH the Russian and American jet fighter.

  • Oh, so you do fly a Cessna and RC planes? Well, I do admire that, but that doesn't make you or me jet fighter pilots, now does it? I also do fly RC planes and my dad and grandfather were airline pilots. My grandfather was the pilot on the first non-stop flight to the U.S. after the Cold War ended in an IL-62M. Please, stop the hatred. You're 39 years old if your YT profile is correct. Have some dignity, let's just keep it to civilized talk and not fling shit at each other and others.

  • @theeltea

No, I fly everything. I was a Pilot Instructor for the US Air Force until we outsourced it to Civilians in 2006. I have over 20 hours in the MiG-29 (flown mostly out of Moscow) in the early 2000's. I have over 50 hours in the Su-27 mostly when working with Poland and the Ukraine as they forged closer ties with the US. So yeah, you could say I've flown a bit. Still love my Cessna 172, but like the Piper Cub more. THAT is real flying. No computers, no electronics, just flying.

  • @EvilxMerlin Where have you flown the 29? Just curious. I've flown a 27 at Kubinka through an acquaintance of mine which runs a company for those who'd fancy a ride in a russian jet. rusadventures.

What's your opinion of the 29?

  • @theeltea

Most of my MiG-29 flights were out of Sokol (Nizhny), I would have loved to fly out of Kubinka, just to see the airbase! I also had several flights out of Stanyslaviv (whoops, sorry, Ivano-Frankivsk now). I love the MiG-29, its a nice, fast, cheap little bird. Very much like the American's F-16, only with two engines.

  • @EvilxMerlin I wish I could fly the MiG-29, not the easiest stunt to pull off in Russia if you don't have the connections, and don't even get me started on the price tag. Still it's a one-of-a-kind experience. You are a lucky person!

  • @theeltea

I had to sell my old Cessna to be able to fly the MiG-29 in Moscow. It was worth it. I REALLY want to fly an Polikarpov I-16 though. I love World War II aviation history, but not American, I research Russian and German history.

  • @EvilxMerlin And I always thought the americans and germans were the leading aircraft designers in the world at the time. I do love WW-II era more as well, have tons of books on ww-II aircraft and general WW-II history. That was the age of the breakthrough. I don't think we have a flightworthy И-16 in Russia, but there may be one in the U.S, as that's where the most WW2 planes are. Having said that, I'd sell my kidney to to fly a P-38J.

  • @theeltea

There are currently two Rata's flying in the US. One in Florida and one in California. I haven't been able to see them flying on my own yet, just videos. I've gotten to sit in the cockpit of the P-38 Glacier Gal. Wonderous machine.

  • @EvilxMerlin One of the best things about the United States, and I do live in Moscow is that you can easily own an airplane and fly it. Regulations here in Russia are much more strict than in the U.S. and it's a royal pain in the ass to even own a simple recreational aircraft, not to mention a helicopter.

  • @theeltea

Trust me I know, every time I go to Europe (about 6 times a year), I try to rent a general aviation aircraft in whatever country I am. It is horrible to see General Aviation almost dead in the countries that invented it (US, Russia, England, France and Germany). It was almost 6x the money to fly for 1 hour in England than it is in the US and almost 10x in France! PS helicopters don't fly, they are so ugly the ground repels them.

  • @EvilxMerlin That makes your country stand out, you know. :) Lucky you...

  • @theeltea

At least thats ONE good thing out of quite a few bad.

  • @lisikunique

I'm glad you are proud to be Russian. I'm proud to be a Pilot in the US Air Force. As for Russia's leading position... the only place it leads is aircraft shot down...

  • That's SU-27 all the way..., SU-35 is only with canards!

  • Rosja...

  • F22 ftw

  • @fasthonda F-22 - Flying bank vault

  • @LogitecORhacking F-22 - Flying Insurance

  • i think we saw that manuever not too crazy but the pilot inside the plane must say "WWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!"

  • and then even if your fleet of f35s is against su 35s which are 4+th gen and you get detected and engaged with modern radars, your f-35s have like how much weapon load? 10 points using externals with no stealth? su 35s have 14 points to load missiles on. guess who has advantages here...

  • @Ma3gau that's RIGHT - weapon hardpoints do win the battle! go back to reading Clancy. Your 2 inch deep analysis of military technology is about as accurate as ray charles + nightvision goggles.

  • @Ma3gau Having 14 hardpoints doesn't mean the plane can utilize all of them. Su-27 rarely utilizes more than 4.

  • F-35 on the other hand is low thrust-to weight, low combat load, bad stealth(it rly depends on the angle that the enemy radar is checking you out) and expensive. honestly, stealth isnt much on its own because radiowaves work in such a way that stealth not only depends on aircraft, but also on a radar (waves can resonate with plane's dimentions), so for every"stealth" aircraft there is a radar that can see it no prob.

  • @Ma3gau blah, that's actually right stealth is never invisible but it would drastically decrease the detection range of radar so in a BvR fight of planes most planes have same missile range but the radar detection would make the difference, if stealth aircraft stay at optimum ranges it would be literally a stabbing ghost. f-22's are already mdrnized, how mny upgrades do u thnk thy hd? i agre f-35 sux bt navy is dvloping the 6th gen fghter and so rusian's and chnese's 5th would soon be irrelevant

  • Lol @ zakirnaikmuzzyPIG think that about covers it!! RESPECT for this 'balls out' landing! Pilot showing off at 'owning the plane'. But better yet... Giving the onlooking crowd on of the very best views possible of a landing fighter. Dunno if there were crosswinds, didn't look that way.=).. So I suspect the pilot of showing off a bit tbh... But doin it in style!!

Gotta love the russians for that attitude.

  • BEAUTIFUL Jet, I'd have one of these over any other Jet on Earth.

  • I don't get this whole American planes vs Russian planes. The pilot's skill is more important than his jet. I will say though, that the Su-35 is AWESOME!

  • hey dont butthurt so bad i just noticed you say stupid things like *f18 is more maneuverable then su 27* and by the way everything i said is correct. and about f22 sorry its crap it fails in rain and costs too much u dont buy them anymore lol your airforce will be constituted mainly by f35 which is in many ways worse then 4th gen ..

  • @Ma3gau

You forgot to mention the F-35 costs a fuckload more than the F-22 does... Thats the sad part, it was meant to cost way less and now it costs more.

  • @TheDuvalMilitia i dont know man, f22 seems to be effective but it costs so much that US dont buy them anymore. Im not sure about that but probably they could still make f22 somewhat good for air force use, but it already requires a lot of modernisation because f22 was being developed for good 20 years of smth like that so that parts of it are already getting old(like radio equipment). so to make it good there is a lot of money to spend(add it to already ridiculous money cost of the project)

  • crazy landing was in Lviv on 2002, that was crazy!!!

well, not sure if that count as a landing, but was crazy...

  • Russians scare me. TOTAL DISREGARD of Safety measures.

  • @yonpolite Safety? There is no word for safety in Russian. LOL. Why do you think they call it the Russian Roulette?

  • @OloloStalin

  • My apologize, Irbis-E is N035, not N011. And... yes, it is also installed on Su-35 on these these videos )

  • Comment removed

  • @serpenti77 not "serial" but "production". :)

  • sdr

  • Awesome :D. Russian Poilets Knows Very Well how To Control Aircrafts :D.

  • Plus F22 has not proved iteself anywhere yet. All we see and hear is superlative words from USAF how good and unstoppable the plane is yet its all words and some paper saying how good F22 is. There is no real data of say mock up airfights etc. And if there is data on that its against other USAF planes. F22 seems to be all words and no action. I bet its nothing better then F15.

  • they wouldnt be russian if they stopped doing crazy things

  • Don't try this at home!! I repeat!!! don't try this at home

  • I love Russian airshows. They, similar to the 'old' industrialized USA, have not pussified their lives to the extent of the 'Progressive' Nanny states. They actually live life to fully experience danger and emotions of having survived close encounters. The perpetual US elite 'hand wringing' is not present in Russia, where contrary to popular misconception, life has No guarantee of comfortable completion.

  • Nutbags.

  • If there were high winds and he landed like that would it be considered crazy? So he put one wheel down first - big deal. Nice plane, good pilot.

  • I heard that it was planned bcs they want to demonstrate that te plane is strong enought to land on one wheel at first that it will not becrash... amaizing

  • after half a bottle of vodka & smokin' a cigar, the Russians are still ace

  • @zakirnaikmuzzyPIG crack cocaine amphetamine cigarettes whiskey American are still ace

  • @zakirnaikmuzzyPIG OR they cant fly without it. lol XD

  • @zakirnaikmuzzyPIG Russians don't smoke cigars.Filtered-nonfiltered cigarettes and remarkable stuff- "papirosa"

  • nothing new for russian pilots. they are amongst the best in the world, hands down.

  • Whats so crazy?

  • This is not crazy.

  • whats so crazy?

    It was an normal landing

  • omfg

  • its called a loop landing

  • su35 ? ... erm very similar to mig29

  • @mad91K no.. the mig 35 looks like the mig 29. sukhoi.s and migs dont look that close..

  • @SMJeOma

oh cmon , when am looking at this particular video , when the su35 is landing for me it looks very close to mig 29 - nose section , long in front before the head landing gear , double back stabilisers , belly air intakes for the twin engine. One thing that isnt similar is the back section , in particular this shaft between the engine's looks like the back section warning system antenna.
