WAY TOO COMPLICATED! CAN NOT DO THIS! DAMNED BUG HAS TAKEN OVER MY COMPUTER! All places I call tell me $150 to $250 to fix, WHAT? Seriously? I can get a new laptop for $298, and not wait for two weeks to have a computer in my home! This is ridicuous. System Security 2012 downloaded without my permission and now places like Best Buy tell the only way to get rid of it is to completely wipe out my computer and start over! VERY PO'D!

this peice of shit virus says there are worms in every single game and that and it says its trying to get ur details but then when u click remove u need to pay... its a bit odd ull realize but when u go and pay for it cuz ur games arnt working thats when it all fucks up and bank gets drained computer gets real viruses on. it happend to my mate and he payed for it

Removal process already worthless. System Security virus has adapted. None of the suggestions in this video work. Use Ubuntu to recover personal files an buy a new hard drive.

I get rid of this crap and the trojan manelyit missed up my .exe directions and it took a whole huor of search to fix this shit choose a program you want open it with !!!!

I been get rid of system securti but last year when I had a virus I could not see the vuris removers tools that I downloaded and it made it hard to kill the trojan of system securti and when I killed the trojan two days ago it fucked up my .exe diercitions and I had to go to this site cnet where some hadhad same problem as me

A suggestion that so far has worked fairly well for me (my computer was just bombarded the past couple of days):

When you're looking through "suspicious files," right click, go to "properties," and look at the date for when they were created. If they were created really recently, it's only logical to include they're not vital to your system's operation and can safely be deleted.

That said, I have yet to actually get rid of System Security 2009...but I just kill the process when it starts up.

For the fastest way to get rid of this...Go into safe mode and Do system restore...I just did it and it works PERFECTLY no dling is needed for anything either lol XD....so...yea try it

I got system security on one computer, and a little while later I got it on another.

On the second one, I quickly ended two suspicious processes in the Task Manager and ran a system restore to 4 days prior.

Does it matter whether or not you're in safe more?

Restart your computer and while its starting up press F8 (or just keep pressing f8...idc) and a screen will pop up....it will have a list of different modes. Go down to Safe mode with arrow keys and press Enter..... thats it XD

Search - include hiden dat from date when you got the spyware till today

delete all .exe,.dll and other files , you need to remove them from the recyle bin as well

i installed it on another comp, then i dragged the entire folder over to the infected computer. when i try to open it up by clicking on the main icon, it asks me what do i want to open it up with, if i click anything, it'll say, run, save... then when i click on THAT, it goes in the same loop. i feel like banging my head against a wall.

that wont work . some viruses can detect the installer and deactivate it. try renaming the installer then running it on the infected pc

you cant run regedit but sure you can run safe mode...

F5 when booting up will get you there.

Patience.... it will be a while before it boots up in safe mode

and let you run spyware removers.

2 go to system restore

3 restore it to 1 day prior too downoading the system security

this was pretty helpful for a friend of mine, but i couldnt find any files that were particularly suspicious. i just backed up my important documents onto my external and ran a system recovery from before i started getting those fucking annoying popups.

EVERY ONE READD!! THIS WILL REMOVE YOUR PROBLEM I PROMISE!!!

1st. Download Malwarebytes. (after dling it, it will not let you open it i know)

2nd. Restart Your Computer in Safe Mode with networking.(not sure if it matters with networking.)

3rd. Run the malware program because now the system security will not open.

4th. Remove it when scan is over,

5th. After restarting your computer and returning to regular settings, you notice that it will not open.

To be sure, you can search S.S to see.
