@MESSI490 We also have lagarto former world champ who is top 5 at bb in his weight class, he has wins over bruno bastos, garcia, drysdale, thiago monstro etc.
Yeah it works just like a normal triangle but instead of constricting their neck and arm with your legs you wegde the arm in place with your head and constrict either side with your arms, best done from side mount. One of those things that's kinda harder to explain than demonstrate but hope that helps :)
