Jade Barbosa did the "dos Santos" before 2006. I guess that the first time that she competed with it was in the Brazilian Nationals in 2003.

There are two more brazilian gymnasts who performed this move. Laís Souza performed it during training (there is a video somewhere) and Letícia Acosta, who turned senior in 2011, is rumoured to perform this skill as well.

I was gonna say isn't it amazing that it was all gymnasts of the Americas (and Lozza M) who perform it, people mentioned Pravdina and Vericel. It seemed strange that no euros did it!

@MostepanovaFan Have you ever heard of London Phillips? You'd be amazed at her tumbling! She could do a double layout half-out (amazing)! Along with that, a full-in half-out! A double layout dismount and even sometimes a front layout + double front tucked dismount! I can't remember if she ever did a Dos Santos but with her power, she definitely could've!
