He wants to be back in making records, getting out of the movie contract, to host his own TV Special, Memphis Sessions in 1969 and return live performing Las Vegas shows that put him back on top was his promise marriage to the live audience including his wife Priscilla. Even though I don't like this movie because it's from Priscilla's story I really think he was happy when he married her. I thought it was great. I just ordered it on Amazon after watching Elvis and Me over and over again. It stinks cause they don't have the whole mini-series on youtube. I googled it to see if I could watch it online but they don't have it so I'll have to wait till next week till it gets here. Can't wait

@9265704 Um actually no they didn't. They did it the night they got married which was May 1st and if you count 9 months it goes to january so either she was pregnant a bit longer or she didn;t get pregnant until later. Lisa was born February 1st 1968.

yes, he was abusive. I agree. I'm a huge fan of elvis, but he was not boyfriend or husband material. I think he picked a young girl who wasn't famous, because he knew he could mold her and have all the control.
