@SlimTwisted These are freshwater, but you can also get marine species. They are not true shrimp but closely related creatures called amphipods, just as fairy/brine shrimp aren't shrimp but closely related creatures called branchiopods. These can't be hatched from dried eggs.
@jay942942 Great info- thanks man. I've actually got a few of these critters these days (freshwater scuds). Hardy little things plus good stone cleaners for an aquarium.

Are these fresh or salt? Can they be hatched from eggs like fairy or brine?
