Actually yall need to shut up because this is actualy a type of change-up in fastpitch shes realeasing early because the batter starts focusing when shes winding up. If you dont believe me me,my mom (who which was offered three college scholarships for pitching and also teaches me,and my cousin which plays 85 games a year all does this)

ok I throw a baseball 92 miles per hour and I'm 19, this girl is 8 and throwing 56-65. That's really hard for her age. And your right there isn't nearly as much strain on your arm from a softball because the way you throw it is the natural motion to throw a ball. When pitching abaseball it tears your arm muscles apart, which is why so many pitchers get injured.
Well the first time I threw the 92 mile per hour fastball and 96 Mile per hour slider I was a freshman in highschool. I was 15, I could only throw it once at that speed though. Now at 19 I can throw it about 15-20 times before my arm gets tired. I'm like a closing pitcher. I'm not trying to compete with you I'm just saying an 8 year old girl threw 65 Miles per hour. When I was 8 I couldn't throw that hard if my life depended on it. I started throwing in the 60's like in 6th grade
she's 12? She should have been windmilling since age 9. If she's serious about it, she needs to go to a pitching coach and do an evaluation to see if she really has a future in pitching. 12 yrs old and throwing 30 is slower than 10-under softball.
no it isn't slow pitch, it is just as fast as the girls can throw. This pitcher is one of the fastest girls in the league, but she hasn't quite got the windmill down yet
