i just draw with 2B, 4B, and 8B pencils, oh also you should work on everything at once, not like just work on one section and move on, it's all about making mistakes and dealing with them in the end process, it's hard to get used to if you have OCD like me, but i got all passed that

not necessarily... I prefer to get the base picture with no detail first and then kinda work my way around the page gradually adding more and more detail as I go... It's all a matter of preference...

One thing I would share is how to distinguish different values(shades), also depending on if your doing photorealism you would use all ten shades(there are more), look up a valuescale, and practice from drawing off of images. One you get it down, your images will jump off your page my friend.

You can go directly on my channel - there you will find all informations about the pencils I use.

For blending and blurring basically I use paper stamps, but also q-tips and even makeup pads of my wife :-) They are very efficient when you need to blur large areas..

You need a camera tripod. During the first part of the recording I put the tripod on a chair behind me. The second part is also with a tripod but in front of me. In this position it's not so comfortable to draw, but the camera direction is better...
