i'm sorry, anyone who has the time to watch these videos and be rude, and hate on a band like this that includes everyone because it cares more about inclusion then being the best sounding group, honestly needs to find a hobby. i was in this band, and i look back with only the best memories. i'm incredibly proud to say that i was a part of this.
I played quads in the Haven marching band from 1998 to 2002. The drumline was large back then and it's only grown larger. This cadence is the bread and butter of the marching band and it's good to hear it's still being played with very few changes. Little known fact, I invented that last call-and-response fill at the end of the cadence....glad to hear it's still being played :-)
wow! There are TONS of ppl on that drumline! At my school there are like 11 ppl total! i really want to play the quads but it looks a tad complicated.
do you play quads now? if not and you still do, you can ask the percussion instructor at your school if he does private lessons and then tell him you are interested in tenors. thats what i did.
Really? From how long ago? This was the 2007-2008 band. Had they changed it from an earlier version? If so. it' may be on one of the marching band CD's that they made a few years back
did they seriously change it this year??? that sucks!!
I miss it. You have no idea how hard it is to convince everyone in your college that band was the cool thing to do in high school.... they all think I'm lying

Wow Such a large thing of percussion without skill. Maybe they ran out of other instruments.

Yep it is, in my opinion the drum like sounds better this year than it did in this cadence. But, yah the band has like 420 people now, its ridiculous
