Tamil languages is surely VERY old...

and is a dravidian language... the dravidas are the autochtonous of India... and they lived (and spoke their language) BEFORE the coming of the aryans and establishment of vedic sanskrit in India (arcaic sanskrit, not classic sanskrit... that comes later)
