  • he must be whipped

  • Change a crying baby noise against a motor sound? NEVER! AAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • every car leaks a bit of oil after you use it.

  • @Silverchair84 I somewhat agree with you there, he should have put his time and money into preventative maintenace definitely. Maybe a small oil leak wasn't much for him though, I know I'm picky about my cars though.

  • Get your parents to pick up the fucking crib (pram)!

  • The buyer sounds like a fucking faggot. 7:17 "Thatz tha waay I pluay tha gayme". What a douchebag fucking homo. What was his name? Andy? Faggot name.

  • what a screwed up show. watching this guy diminish the value of this guys love. his car. i think he should've just kept his car and picked up a second job until his loan was paid off or just got an older car to not have to worry about all the loan issues

  • @gazmini69

Yeah you're right that guy was very picky indeed, also the way he looks at that drop of oil with his keys at the end is a very dumb action, what was he thinking it could be else? sirop? my god what a tool.

And that guy who was checking before what kind of idiot was he?

15.000 miles more than the clock is showing, a year older then he thaught? how can he see that without proper equipment, the date when it hitted the road is standing on the papers for christ's sake, how dumb is he?!

  • That guy is too much of a tire kicker for me. Very nice Corrado, though.

  • @gazmini69 better than all your english trash in his time it whas better than any english peases of rust and trash VW stays: payeble for people hwo can afford a mercedes or in your language JAGUAR :P

vw dilivers nice work even in 1988, it is old yes, but let a english car try to get that old,

vauxhall is the same catogory as a VW and after 10 year Vauxhall is just rotting like hell just like the German opel's that's trash too

  • @metaldragon025623 And you can't even insult properly. /fail

  • @Ryoukun16 sorry, i'm not english and i don't realy know what insult properly means :(

  • Buy a new one......idiot.

  • drive the corrado.sole the kids

  • i wonder what edd was doing when this guy was traveling around europe buying cars

  • There is something very sad about young men and their cars....

  • How often do you have to replace head gaskets on these things because i have one and these cars like to run a little wamer than normal I dont want to blow a head gasket

  • 0:53 "unfortunately i`ve just become a father" lol FAIL?

  • @XXXblackgoatXXX "unfortunately as I've just become a father I need a larger car"

One word makes a big difference, the way he says is is not negative about his kid at all.

Not that a "lol fail" gay teen would understand though

  • @girlie347 and what is wrong with you, get a sense of humor he said it as if it was a bad thing and happened by accident

  • Garreth's like "Twat, twat, twat, twat - You're a twat!" to Andy. And I'd have to agree, owning a VR myself, they're built to last.

  • ahhh the old key smear oil test....hahahahahaha

  • andys a picky bastard!

  • why sell the corrado

A pram would fit in the boot of that car no problem

buy a fucking smaller pram then simple

i hate that buyer so much i want to kick the living shit out of him and no RAC man would come with in a mile of my car lol

  • I havent seen this since like 1999

  • VW CORRADO VR6!!!!!!!

  • Man I love my Rado.... It's the first car I've owned for a whole year and I'm still not bored... I'd rather cram 5 pushchairs, 6 kids a wife and 2 dogs in the thing than sell it.

  • how did the RAC guy know that the car had done 15,000 miles more than the clock was showing? don;t these have digital clocks?

  • M.O.T records

  • Young Mike b4 wheelers dealers ?

  • question.... does the vr6 have cooling issues like the 2 liter? (plastic flange between block and upper hose)

  • Yeah, Ha dto fix this on my golf VR6

  • I never had any problems with mine.

  • lol

just bought a vr6 in aqua blue with black leather

    pulls like a train

    awesome

  • My VR6 Storm was mint and I sold it for 5 grand. The head gasket on a VR6 is 13 hours labour so quite a big job. Never had any problems with mine and he should of walked away the minute the RAC bloke said it wasn't kosher

  • I was told the 2.9 VR6 engine is alot more delicate than the 2.8 version, piston wear probs and head gaskets. Fantastic looking and very fast cars though.

  • The only issue I ever heard of on the Corrado was the ABS light came on and it was dear to fix. Mine came on for a few weeks but seemed to right itself. Never heard of any problems with piston wear and with "only" 197 bhp from a 2.9 the engine isn't stressed enough for head gasket problems. If you look at the mileages on them on e-BAY then you'll see how solid they are. Quite fancy a new Scirrocco!!

  • Well I took the plunge and just bought a Metlaic Grey VR6 corrado today for 1600 quid. Hope its worth it

  • Can't go wrong for that money.

Love that engine note and make a promise to yourself - however short the journey, I will ALWAYS get the spolier raised! Enjoy.

  • Love the Corrado, the car is way better than my Golf VR6. Love the thing. Its just got tht special 'something' that cars today lack.

  • Its 3 months later and i'm still having oodles of fun with the thing. Have had cars for 4 or 5 times the money that are not even half as much fun

  • Ahh yes....minor quibble is the ABS light did come on when I was driving the other day. what is that anyhow, os it a sensor out or something??

  • It's the sensor telling you the anti-lock brakes aren't working which may or may not be a problem depending on your situation at the time! Should fail MOT if it's not working but you can always remove the bulb! Not recommended tho cos ur brakes won't work properly, altho didn't get the ABS engaged on mine that I recall. Glad you're enjoyin it, wish I still had mine it was without doubt the nicest I've ever seen. The Leon Cupra R is nice but I'm fancying a new Scirrocco!

  • The seller should have set some borders....now he is feeling bad....and putting lots of energy in the sale.

  • all he knows is whats on the cue card what a idiot

  • ihow cud you find that car had done extra milege

  • Id want a DNA check to prove that baby was mine b4 selling the carado fuk the RAC report

  • I wud tell a woman to leave if she got pregnent, and said to me we need a pratical car

  • I really dont believe anything mike has to say on the theroy of Vw in the late 80s. wernt they making a killing from the gti and wasnt everyone nicking the VW badge as pimped by beastie boys?

  • what a messer sounds gay to me.

  • I'd have said the car is as seen, if the buyer wants to make an offer to take into account the head gasket then reduce the price, but every car has minor faults, you just accept that when buying second hand. Worlds most annoying buyer???!?!?

  • Seller did say he cleaned under the engine which I took to mean he cleaned under the bonnet but judging by the RAC report I think he did mean cleaning the oil leak from under the engine!

Bloody annoying buyer but hey it made good TV!

  • Programme was first aired in 1998, Corrados were fetching big money then

  • mine is much nicer :P

  • Sure is!!!! I wouldn't sell this guy a Reliant - he'd probably ring the RAC to check where the fourth wheel was!! I'd definitely show him the door!!! Totally agree mate - lol!!

  • I don't even think he had the cash to buy the car. He's what's known in the trade as a time -waster!

  • wtf :) drive it hard, you bums

  • yup... i was looking for my VR6 for ages! they were going for 6k tops!...

managed to get mine with full VW service history for just under 5 k...

i saw 1 for 8k but it had done just 25k miles and was in absolutely perfect condition...!

  • I love the dynamic between Gareth and Andy - one's like "You twat" the other's like "Ooh Betty".

  • pay attention everyone...they are talking british poundes not dollars....

  • i wouldnt sell my car to him........... twat

  • buyer is a fool. great car.

  • a7axl - so wrong - 45mph is the spoiler up speed.

Buyer did sound gay and seller did sound thick.

Seller probably had brain drain due to to fact he had to sell a much loved motor to pay for nappies. It's enough to make anyone sound thick!

Buyer may just be gay - nowt wrong with that.

Final point - One drop of oil does not make a bad motor.

How old is this clip? 8.5k for a Corrado! I would not sell mine but would be chuffed if offered over 5k

  • The spoiler comes up at 45mph on early models, and 56mph on later ones.

Agree on £8500 being silly money. I paid £750 for mine.

  • in fact the spioler comes up at 50mph not 40 tit and that buyer was a total twat another timewaster must of been from fleabay

  • The buyer is G-A-Y. So gay in fact i'm sure that his weak gay limp wrists will be snapped off like unkooked spaghetti by the VR6's torque steer!!

  • That was hilarious but totally uncalled for

  • WTF was the buyer expecting? Its an old car...its going to need some repairs. The buyer came to his own conclusions and backed out for stupid reasons. They didn't say why the RAC thought the headgasket needed to be replaced.

  • How did he not know it was a year older than what it was? If you're gonna buy a car like that, you have to get it checked out.

  • ...he's got no reason to sell it - that pram excuse is exactly that. I bet I could fit a f*ck'n pram in my corrado. Just b*llocks - and that Andy bloke's a f*ck'n tit! RAC check? Found some crumbs down the seat so I'm not buying it...

  • ha ha i agree mate ive got a rado and a baby and i make the fuckin puschair fit.oh well he sounds like a complete fanny i bet his mrs said sell it and he said "o o but o ok then darling" faggot.

  • lol, that was funny as fuck all those problems!! lmao

how mych does it cost to get a fuckin car tracked up what a prick!!

  • I wouldn't mind one of these myself.

  • Gareth the buyer sounds really camp!! Bearing in mind he drove a Capri, that doesn't quite go.

  • I would never of sold it, does he realise what he's done? Wa**er!!

  • that guy was over picky! just buy the damm car!! nice review doe!

  • I don't agree. His head is screwed on straight.
