thats a very common dance technique in traditional merengue, din't know it actually had a name. However it's a bit faster and more elegant.

@DanielaAndrea1 If you dont know the basic step for merengue you might want to get that figured out before you try anything else... (its stepping on beat so you really shouldnt need to see her legs)
