Lap of Le Mans: Corvette C5R

These cars were rated at like 620 HP or something right? & I believe they weigh about 2,500 pounds? These are just guesses of course, but I think someone told me about the 620 HP though... If someone else knows, please correct me. Thanks

I was close... I googled Corvette C5R and got this... '04 C5R HP= 570 @ 5400 TQ= 620 @ 4400 WT= 2,511 LBS

Engine= 425.9 ci V8... I knew I heard 620 somewhere, it was the torque though. Awesome machine! No wonder why it won so much =D

Yep. One major change you might have already noticed is the the straight going from Dunlop bridge is now a sweeping esse turn.

@Spyker88 yeah it doesnt go strait through the dunlop bridge its the esses before the Mulsane straight

Nice Video...too bad no sound. would've like to hear that V-8 pounding around Le Mau circuit. The downside is that they neutered that fabulous 4 mile 'straight' w/ the addition of two kinks (chicanes), one right, then left thereby taking all the speed, excitement, yes, and danger out of this great circuit!

use MP3 codec instead of WMA codec. I have the same issues with mine in studio, it'll "record" as MP4 video and when i upload it wont work.

Hey Spyker, if you're using Windows Movie Maker click on the plus sign to the left of the video timeline to expand, if there's no audio wave perhaps double check the audio input choices when capturing.

Read The Description. it says Circuit De La Sarthe, AKA "Le Mans". BTW, This type of motorsport is called Sports Car Racing.
