It's Hindi. Whenever they say Apni Dumm Bhi Oonchi Ho, it's like saying their tails are upright. In other words, they're the dominant dogs (try our salon!) lol.

I bought the DVD and watched it with English subtitles. They are singing about themselves venturing on a possible new success in life - a barber shop business called "Romeo's Salon". Thus, they are saying to all other dogs "C'mon!" to try them out! :) And yes, it is definitely cute.

If you're in the US, you won't find it on any Best Buy store here because its an Indian-exclusive film. You will have to import it (like I did). I got mine off eBay for around $13 with shipping. An no, it was not a cheap bootleg (which I hate). This was the real deal. The whole package and everything looks sweet and my Disney fan friends are jealous that I went through the trouble to import it. GREAT DEAL!! It is region 0 and it has English subtitles. I even imported the soundtrack.

Yes, the DVD from India comes with English subs. And even if it doesn't, the characters switch from Hindi to English randomly throughout their sentences so you are still able to decipher some of what they're saying.

No too long ago I purchased an OFFICIAL copy from an seller on Ebay from India. I made sure to email him and ask if it was an original kind or a cheap bootleg. The package and everything looks great! Even the official one is Region 0 (a lot of international movies are like that.... probably for compatibility and distribution reasons.)
