Recently I had a situation where an I was in a fight with an elder, and the eldery person was in the wrong. They were talking bad about our Worship leader at Church. I said something to that person and I'm not sure if it was wrong or right, I did have a good point however. I asked the older person if she was filled with the Holy Spirit and if she worshiped with her heart. Would someone please help me out by replying and telling me if it is wrong to ask an elder that, when they are doing wrong.

@Squier4God Whether she was an elder or not has no bearing; if one Christian thinks that another is straying from their walk, they need to be advised. Indeed, it is the duty of the the one advising. It sounds that the elder was gossiping, so that should be pointed out to her. Instead of conveying my opinon to her as a question, I would've made a general statement that all Christians need to worship from their heart as the Holy Spirit enables them.
