I love how the fighting mood changed all of a sudden. It went from a creepy "Do you really think you can win?", mood to a sudden, techno "This is it!" mood that made me laugh because Rugal took off his coat to initiate it.

Ryo has that move since Art of fighting 2, game which was released the February 3th of 94, the same month that Super Turbo, the first game of akuma, if we consider that akuma is a Hidden character that required a really hard task to fight against him, I really doubt that SNK copied them, still, we could say that Capcom copied to SNK the airborne hadoken

Still, ryo is an obvious rip off of ryu

That was amazing. I beat Rugal today on Easy mode (Played on SNK Arcade Classics) and it wasn't easy. I was using Brazil and the fights were intense, though very enjoyable. While I was struggling I made sure to use England once to get the King's Revenge medal (Damage Rugal with King's SDM). I hope I do improve to the point where I can beat him on the Intense Difficulty. But first I should aim to take out Mr. Karate in Art of Fighting first. Thanks for the amazing vid.

in the KOF Orochi Saga, you can actually set the music to play the arranged soundtrack (this also applies with Art of Fighting Anthology and both Fatal Fury Battle Archive compilations for the ps2

imo rugal is the hardest kof boss. he's good at turtling and even better at rushing you. i never did beat omega rugal/95 rugal. 94 rugal is a little bit "easy"...

The Wii version has arranged music but the ps2 doesn't damn it, but nice going against rugal. The farthest I went to was level 5 and I never beat him.
