Most of you think US soldiers killed that dog and you're sadly mistaken. EOD was doing a controlled detonation of an IED and that dog just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. As far as the soldier's reaction to what happened...well, try living in a place where people are trying to kill you on a daily basis and see what that does to your psyche.
