i think both Mumford and Sons and the Avett Brothers were incredibly misrepresented with this performance. They got barely any time to perform their own music. But Justin Bieber can say "yea" for 5 minutes straight.

@Gingerjake2 I've been a longtime fan of Mumford & Sons, and I gotta disagree with you. It's not about getting exposure for Mumford & Sons. They're about having fun doing what they do. I think they were honoured to play alongside him, and you could tell they were having so much fun. I think it was a great performance.

@thes0ns I think you totally misunderstood what I was saying? I too am a huge fan of both 'bands', Mumford & the Avett Bros & yes, it was obvious that they were all having a riot. But they needed to have 3 minutes or more of their own time as well & not just "backing up" Dylan.

@thes0ns of course it was a great performance from both bands. The problem is that these amazing bands got somewhat shunned. They didn't get to perform a full song of theirs, and you could tell how rushed they were. But justin bieber and lady gaga get like double the time to perform shitty music by themselves. But at least they were on the Grammy's and i was able to enjoy about ten minutes of it haha.
