And second whoever says he's a dumbass for wrecking it, stop flipin out, it's not a real lambo it's a replica that probably cost only a couple thousand to make. No one would kill for a replica lambo. don't feel too bad - when they crash cars in movies they do use the real car, but all the good stuff from inside (engine etc) is replaced with standard parts (cos you never hear the actual car on film, it's all dubbed in later in post production)

Only 20 Reventons were made and no one in the right mind would crash one of those.

Nevertheless it was the saddest scene in the movie, similar to the Aston Martin crash in Casino Royale.

They probably used a fake of some sort, maybe a cheaper car with a low quality fake body that looked like the reventon.

I dont understand why they didnt use the cheaper better looking gallardo for the stunt. The Reventon is Ok but at £800, 000 its a hell of a lot more expensive than the murcielargo. It has the same basic engine and everything else but i think the murchielargo is uglier

They speed the up for the final product. Kinda like they do with music videos: They film it with the music slowed down, and then speed it up until the lip-sync matches up with the audio.
