Great Video! Amazingly steady on the sticks and panning the camera. Nice Job! I really think my Alpha60 would be better for FPV, more so than my Easystar would be. I have my equipment but it is already setup, readymadeRC, in a pod for my easystar. If I take the pod apart than it kinda messes up the fact that it is already all wired for the easystar. I don't know what to do at this point. Have you ever thought about getting a go pro HD, and using it for FPV? Thanks!

@lvsupertech I'm still really nervous about flying out of visual range. Since losing my Easystar - still haven't found it - I just wouldn't be very happy if my Alpha went by by on me. Maybe after some more flights with the radian on FPV, once I get comfortable with it, maybe I'll switch the FPV equipment over to the Alpha for some flights.

That is amazing, you get a real steady signal without much interference. Nice and steady on the sticks and great camera panning during the flight. I can't wait to get my setup completed. I really think my Alpha60 would be a better platform than my Easystar.

wow really cool to see a glow fpv plane infact i want to mount my gear on a 46glow size trainer, does the oil get into the electronics any advise would be nice about this since its allot of money.

@FlyHighRC386 No oil problem the camera is mounted under left side of wing and the exhaust from engine on right side. 4 stroke glow engines are not as messy as 2 stroke glow engines. Mount the TX on top of fuse. Be sure to allow ventalation for the tx. Be sure to install to dampen the vibration of tx too.

I noticed the vid was available in 1080 but it doesn't LOOK like 1080 quality. Does your vid cam really go up to 1080?

@444paraflyer Hey thank you for viewing. The camcorder is digital DVC tape. No it is not HD, however I will onlly allow for 720P from now on. Even though it is not true HD in either 1080 or 720P It still allows full screen viewing without pixelating. Or losing detail. In Windows movie maker, it allows me to process the video in both.

1080 for some people to view lags.

@Sapeian True I did. However while flying there were some surface control problems with rudder and elevator. Found over the years oil soaked into the wood. glued points like the servo tray were loose. Cannot repair. Tried to clean out soaked wood. So the next plane will be my Tiger I have not flown over a couple of years. It will take this ones place. Also a Senior Telemaster soon with a 1000 m/w 900 mhz TX and camera twice the power as this one. I will miss this one though.

@TheGreatMrBill Hey I have seen trikes over the Lake! So whats the big deal? We talked abut it do not remember the details. In Hawaii you can take off and land at certain parks. Including the Kawainui RC field. Some people here on the mainland take the fun out of it.

@lvsupertech Sorry Bill I need to mention an error. In Hawaii they allow non power PG only to land in some parks. Like Sandy beach east shore Oahu. Kawainui RC field I have seen PPG there.
