You mentioned that you don't eat grains. I was under the impression that oats gave a great carb-fat-protein ratio for your breakfast meal. I guess my real question is what did you eat for breakfast most days?

Just to clarify i'm refering to just plain oats in water heated. I would consider that clean eating and ideal for raw/primal eating.
