i have this same error and i was wondering if anybody figured it out. i downgraded from 4.3u to 4.1u and did a wii format now when i try to play the chucky cheese game for my son it gives me that error but not on the mario kart game...

i get the same error!! look i hacked my wii, but on version 4.3 and then i couldnt hack it that well so i downgraded to 4.1 and now i erase hbc and i tried to update it and it say the error code!! i want to play black ops!!! long time i dont play!!!

@1CrashPro Have u ever hacked your wii cause its on version 4.1u and tell me since when did it stop updating or u have never updated?

If u had hacked that may be the problem cause the hacks are blocking the update and u may need to erase them. But if u had never hacked and your wii never updates just call Nintendo's customer service =) U can find the number at their website.
