Using Various Brands of Dies with the Spellbinders Wizard

When using my T. Holtz 13" Vint. Market alpha Die in Rasp. Wiz. its REALLY hard get into rollers using 2 Spellbinder 13" White plates.Once in, it feeds ok but FLY's OUT at end, cuts fine (these letters are BEAUTIFUL!) but I have to fiddle with the handle and little button thingy to get the rachet sound back to the handle.. Should I be using a thinner plate?? Is there another thinner plate in the 13" range?? Does anyone know?? Help please!!
