It was better than anything I could do. But why are their arms so short? Is it part of the style? I really liked the psychics or monks in the orange robes, though. Good luck.

That's just kinda the way the characters look with the robes on, the actual models fit to the standard 3dmax biped model, so the arms aren't actually any shorter. It's just the way it is and I'm not about to change it now that I have 40 minutes of my film done ;D

and as for having a job in animation, I'm still working on that as well.

Mate, for a demo reel; this is very emotional stuff. Demo reels I've seen are all whiz/flash/bang with charged music but yours played out like a film that nearly made me tear up a bit.

Ani is wonderful. Great heroes in the story, too. I like the way these guys are willing to sacrifice themselves to save others and how they heal those already hit. Very well done. Is this part of a larger project?

Yes, I did everything. It's not a lot of rigging, because all the characters are modified from the same basic model.
