u cant ulock 2.0 to work with any sim apart from the AT&T one. Apple made sure of it. but im sure someone will figure it out. but u have to wait for quite a long time.

p.s. the reason it wont let u retore is because it doesnt detect a AT&T sim. so it turns your device into a brick until you put the proper sim in.
