  • IBM gave technology to the Nazis? I thought it was South Africa during apartheid . Or was it both? Or neither?

  • They supplied and maintained machines used for the collation of prisoner details in the concentration camps and in the death camps.

  • "IBM gave technology to the Nazis?"

Yes. IBM does not deny it.

    See the docu "The Corporation"

  • Sad, but it is just about bonuses, When the stock price falls the company is acquired by another company and the acquired company is gutted.

  • Sounds like a good movie and all, but it looks pretty boring. Like something that'd be great to watch on YouTube, but really hard to sit through at a theater, or even as a rental.

  • Good review, sounds like an awesome movie.

But, no offense, dude needs to lose that haircut. I totally thought he was a lesbian named "Jonathan Kim" until he spoke.

    ;D

  • I remember watching this during the film festival months ago. It's a great documentary to watch.

  • oh DAMN...

like a Sacha Baron Cohen bit, but really REALLY clever and influential! O.o

    I FKN LOVE IT xD

  • companies shouldnt rely so much on stocks

  • wow, did they get sewed for any of the stunts that they pulled?

  • wow, these new video ads are even more annoying than their predecessors. Hopefully my adblock takes care of it ASAP. I might just stop watching youtube altogether over this shit. There's a reason I quit watching TV.

  • Yesssssssss, got it. Take that google.

  • @FullOfFail same here. i almost didnt mind the ads there or a second.. but now the ad script is making the video freeze and not load at all. s'fucking bullshit.

  • Well, I got rid of it earlier, but now it's back :-/

    Not sure why.

  • Capitalism is flawed. Communism is more flawed. Theocracy is even more flawed.

The ideal solution: Capitalism with laws that reduce the harm that capitalism does.

  • Yeah, like simply keeping capitalism restricted to commerce, where it belongs. Money should have no say so in our politics, our laws, and our courts.

  • ... and subjecting these corporations to the rule of law.

  • Absolutely. The corporation itself is a creation of the law, and the law that defines it and regulates it needs to be democratic, not capitalistic or anything else for that matter.

  • Yeah. All these systems have to remember that those in charge and with power can easily cheat, manipulate and corrupt the system they control. We're not all "saints".

  • @dangerouslytalented

Very well said, my friend. ^_^d
