i love freerunning it my life, its the only thing that helps me get through bad times but its just a shame how even thought the only thing you really need is the right shoes, you also need the right area, the right obstacles , unfortunately i live n a rural area and the only place which i can train is in school, saying that ive done quite well with my training there, me and my friend began in the first year of high school.
