I don't think that you can edit it but you can open a picture and trace it. Try it out!

@TheJokerZProductions Art rage is a program specified for drawing your own pictures, not editing. If you would like to have a program for editing pictures, as well as drawing you own, get photoshop. It costs less than art rage, and is created specificly for what youre looking for.

Zoom value is next to the File, Edit, Tools etc.

if you are using a mouse use the scroll wheel or the menu at the bottom click the magnifying glass

Turned out very pretty, Tommy's pretty music fit's it well! :~} When I found your vid here, I actually seached for "tommy emmanuel - sunset", that's an older song of his, that I think would've fit very well too.
