nice video..I've done this before but got bored with win7..you shld try ubuntu 9.04..20sec boot..really fast..can also do dual boot xp/vista/ubuntu & have access to yr xp/vista directories..& use wine to run win apps in 9.04..really easy to do...

9.04 starts up in 14 seconds (No joke!) on my laptop, and with 9.10 they are trying to shave off even more of the boot time.
