this song fits asch and luke well! Luke being the flute and asch being the brass instruments luke having his moments but the submitting to asch but still chiming in every now and then and harmonizing then just breaking away completely! in that aspect turning this piece into a truly amazing song!

He's the frontman of Bump of Chicken, the band who sung Karma.

@zomgitswaffles Both Karma, and the BGMs remixing Karma were composed by the same by the same guy, Motoo Fujiwara. He's also the frontman of Bump Of Chicken, the band singing Karma. At beginning, BOC was supposed to make only a theme song, but Fujiwara said to Namco he wished the melody of Karma could be repeated as a motif throughout the whole game. This led to Namco asking Fujiwara to compose BGMs for the game. So it's actually not a laziness issue, but a wish expressed by the creator

@darkmirage0 I believe that happens if you play on Semi-Auto. I've always played Tales games on Manual (and thus instructed my friends to do the same), since it grants MUCH more freedom in combat, and the controls work better for me.

You can import NTSC PS2s on the cheap, if you're desperate. That, or you could get your existing one chipped. Then again, I'm probably not telling you anything you don't already know.

In any case, if you haven't already picked up Tales of Vesperia and you have an Xbox 360, I suggest you do that. It's by far the better game.

Yeah, this was probably the hardest fight in the game for me because of the fact that you had to fight it alone. After so many battles of relying on your teammates to heal you while you just hack away, you forget to use potions. And I even had to start blocking too! I totally forgot about that button.

I played ToS2 and honestly never found a need to block. Then again I would have if manual mode didn't suck. This goes for any Tales game with the free run engine, unfortunately, mainly because you can't turn while attacking.

hmph well thats your opinion, they are some of the most diversified RPG's ever made, there is so many ways you can play and complete the game. compared to somthing like the final fantasy series, dont get me wrong i love final fantasy too but i like the tales series a lot. Very original story lines, they keep you drawn in to the characters and the world around them, but thats just me.

I loved this game. There were so many times I teared up or just cried. And the character growth was phenomenal especially with Luke. At first he kinda annoyed me then he kinda grew on me because I realized he was just a kid then he became awesome. I also like that Tear wasn't a typical "maiden in distress" heroine. Great game.
