@panther1fan1 Usually Alex's work gives off a good hint about the feel for their next album. It seems likely that it'll be like this, probably a bit more exaggerated from their last album. :p

@lnc0 Think about it, after WPSITWIN, they started experimenting with effect pedals before Favourite Worst Nightmare during their B-Sides. after Last Shadow Puppets, John Ashton joined in Humbug, it was a bit darker with his keyboard playing. After the Submarine soundtrack, we got softer songs like Suck it and See. Usually you can hear the slight transitioning.

@02rcsmit The reason i am doubting Alex Turners ability to still write alot of songs is because he's said so himself, read the interviews i think on NME, he says he is "struggling for inspiration" to write songs and that he "doesn't know how to write a hit single anymore". I agree that the b-sides are really good but we used to get about three with every single...now it's one! And you can't call this a quality B-side yet...you've only heard 30 seconds of it....

Thats the explaination for that. And so what if he can't write a number 1 single anymore, there quality songs he is writing... and have you seen the charts nowadays?? Fuck!! It'll take a miracle to do it. It's not the same climate as 6 years ago. New single in 2 months aswell, wrong again i'm afraid.
