I do not care if hi´s fat, or if hi´s using corset, or if a note hout of tune, I only see Elvis, who always gave us the best of him at every concert, I see him with the eart, so I see how hi was, is and will be. ELVIS FOR EVER.
Even a larger Elvis is much thinner than most people I know. He looks like he is containing a lot of fluid from. His face doesn't look fat puffy but drug puffy.
Elvis was bloated with the drugs his doctor prescribed him. If you see the drugs Elvis was on most were painkillers or sleep medication. He had a badly twisted colon. Sadly, the medication he was taking would also work against your colon and made it worse. Basically his digestive system had slowed down unable to process as it should resulting in a blocked colon.
His looks and voice are still there, as is some of the magic he still had. He was and is the King - unique.
he wasnt that fat here, in the face maybe but there's a lot more today fatter and still walking round, he's not wearing anything to make him look thinner because you can see his suit opens to his stomach and there's nothing like a corset or anything
@MrSean677 Finally someone with the brain power to realize he wasn't morbidly obese like everyone else makes it sound. Most of the bloating you see is water retention from the meds used to control the severe pain of his twisted colon. If he could have gotten that condition fixed he would have been much lighter.
Elvis is the greatest entertainer that ever lived. I've been an Elvis fan since i was 6 in 1971. Elvis's stage entrances were just great with the excitement of the crowd and thousands of camera flashbulbs going off. It was the same at every concert.
I like when he tells Ronnie Tutt (the drummer) to hit the drums in time with his moves...: "Two" (Ronnie hits drums twice), "three" (Ronnie hits drums three times), etc.
that book elvis what happened ?, was on his mind and made him feel so naked. i believe he gave up in 76 when the col told him he couldnt do the movie a star is born. really hurts me to see this great man in pain. i love you elvis! always have,,always will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
He was extremely ill at the end, bloated, full of drugs and he knew he was going to die. We shouldn't poke fun at a sick man regardless who he is. He was a human being with problems. I don't we would treat our own family like this, we would try to get them help. But Elvis was still very beautiful til the end and his voice still amazing. There will never be another performer like him. He is King..and still is. Love and miss you Elvis. TCB w/TLC
Elvis wasn't fat, he was just large, just like his wallet. And his jump suits were the greatest. This jumpsuit, from the last tour weighed in at 30 pounds. He was the greatest man that walked on earth, besides Jesus Christ.
in my opinion i thiknk she cries because she almost took one of those towels elvis had but someone else took it first and then she complains with her mama but and later she says LETS GO or NO
I still think she said "He's old," but on the outtake footage that the "importers" found a few years back, she kind of looked like a "CBS plant" because during Unchained Melody where they got a lot of audience shots - she looked right into the CBS camera, and then almost like she was given instruction she looked at the stage and started crying.
Or (because I like giving people choices) she found watching this old guy singing too painful to watch.
The lady at frame 4:48 seems to have the best expression. Can anyone make out what she's saying? It kinda looks like she's mouthing her shock about Elvis's physical appearance, saying "he's old!". Any other thoughts on this?
"hooo ho ho, stop it, you missed a note"
hahaha...during the opening song...fantastic. Never knew this.

@alicia1060 Remember back then they didn't know the dangers of those drugs and the fatty foods weren't known to cause all kinds of problems.

Elvis knows that ABC has been following him on that last tour and he knows certain details he doesn't want the band to do.
If Elvis did not die when he did, no one would have ever seen this video.
