Laws and the system which generates them are the problem. What is the source? the source of all of these draconian laws? I think if we truly find and acknowledge the source of the problem on a global scale, we would remove it so fast you would think lightning struck. Los Angeles Superior Court Judges are excpting bribes. California judges are employee's of the State not the County. The County is currently giving them $57,688.00 per yr per judge in addition to the pay and benefits they receive from the State. After being exposed for the bribes (Sturgeon v Los Angeles County) the judges paid a lobbyist to pass SBX211 granting them retro active imunity from prosecution. SBX211 does not address the LOSS OF DUE PROCCESS.

I am a US air Force Vet and have been paying into the system since I was 13 years old. have 34 years as a career empolyee. If a judge put me on house arrest I would just say "SO?". I'm already on house arrest. I can bareley afford to get to work and back.
I live in Missouri...and i am the parent that has done everything for my daughter. she is a traveling softball team player and straight A student. she won the Offensive Most Valuable Player Award at the world series july 2009. i took her to all of her practices and all of the tournaments every weekend.
all it took was her mother to cry on the stand and make false statements and the court raped me on pure hearsay.
now i am in a custody modification battle. I am flat broke and 52 years old

After 5 years of battling through the corrupt courts and overcoming mountains of injustice and being acquitted from a criminal trial for alleged harassment, I now have my daughter 3 weekends out of 4. It took over 40 court appearances and 29 contact orders but I am one of the lucky ones. I am a member of F4J and support this just cause 110%. NEVER GIVE UP!
40 court appearances, 5 years and 29 contact orders, just to get back what is legally yours. While I am happy for your win, the real winners were the family court who for 5 years racked up massive money while you fought for what was illegally taken from you.
i totally agree of course. drove me to near suicide. has obviously affected my daughter as well although i have done my best to hide it from her. but how can you hide it when daddy keeps coming in and out of her life? i hate the family court system in this country and it seems the same throughout the western world. i wish you good luck battling your injustices

After being brought to the point of pure desperation and pain, I also am one of many dads who almost lost the will to live...
It is imperative not to cave into the system and for us all to realize that this is nationwide...
