Anyone have any idea how to legalized biking on a sidewalk? I tried road and end up causing so much fuzz and unwanted argument with drivers. I want to peacefully bike on the sidewalk like what we use too. I hate breaking the law for my safety I am not fast cyclist. I dont mind having slow biking limit, yeilding and walking out from bike for every potential pedestrian I encounter. I just want the option to bike sidewalk legally when ever I believe its safe.
