True all I'm saying is I see a lot of overtuned cars at the drag strip and every year people are breaking transaxles and blowing up engines because people don't build engines for increased boost they just put on turbos and expect the engine and drivetrain to last. There's a couple of older really good engines out there that can be tuned up without worrying about cranks, rods, or changing compression ratios.

The explosion was caused by what I believe to me (if my memory serves me correctly) a faulty methanol injection system. Causing methanol to pool in the intake manifold, and explode upon contact with an ignition source.

@Eagle390 I have the exact same motor and the badge on the cover is a lexus emblem (video is lil fuzzy so it may look like a nissan badge) . Those are not headers on the left side. That is the intake manifold.

Looks like I've been misunderstood with my last statement. I didn't say anything directly about this car. All I'm saying is when you're push high HP in any vehicle it's going to wear 10x faster opposed to stock just because of the higher torques and strain. Not to mention that they're constantly revving to keep that turbo screamin'

You tools, need to click on his name and watch his other vids. He's from Houston Tex, and has a few vids here and on streefire. I'm not sure about how much power his car is making but if you watch his vids and look what he's running against, you'd know that his car aint no slouch.
