@MrNipperthedog Because K-She 95 via Mark Close promoted the hell out of this band! I'm from St. Louis. Still have my older brother's original LP from '72.
heard this a few days ago and went out and bought the re-issue shortly after! thanks for turning me onto this! am only 22 and this speaks more to me than any music put out on the top 40 or even modern independent scene today! thanks for posting!
@NewPaltzIndie i'm 21 going 22 in two month.... i could say the same thing as you... except that i'm from argentina and i haven't hope to find this in any store hahaha, cheers
Fantastic track, from a classic release.Thank you as well for posting this true audiophonic gem!Neat slide show presentation as well, though found the bass slightly muffled, this recording does not do the bass on this track justice here.I have this on Performance Records 1971 release,in near mint condition.Would recommend purchasing the Repitiore Records CD Release,as really do need to listen to this band through a turntable or CD player at least!Thank You again for putting Dust out here on Youtube
nice pre-delay on the drum verb... Kama Sutra records always sounded awesome for the time! probably the best mastered rock of the era. Brewer & Shipley records always sounded great... everyone on the label CDB... etc
Unbelievable 1971 rock and roll! I have the LP and record. I wish Ritchie Wise would have continued playing guitar. Marky Ramone was like 15 or 16 years old. But what a drummer!!
WOW I'm 22 too and love the underground hardrock songs!

Early American Heavy Metal. Marky Ramone is a great Drummer. Another great band from NYC is Riot still going strong after 30 something years too.

Dust , my high school shop teacher at Hazelwood East High in St. Louis used to play this all the time

Their first release doesn't compare to their second, Hard Attack. The latter just isn't any good... Dust-Dust is so much better... IMO X)
