This is a travesty, Laws are meaningless if there is no mechanism to enforce them or when those charged with the moral obligation to enforce the laws turn inept. Member states of ICC are obliged by their ratification to enforce such treaties. Kenyan leadership has extended its acts of impunity beyond its borders. Kibakis administration has shamed Kenya and Kenyans by inviting and hosting a genocide suspect in Kenya during such a historic moment for the country. Its sad they had to screw up.
