  • have you seen hamstring/glute results from this machine?

  • It definitely targets that area well, but I do so many different leg exercises that I can't attribute development to one machine...I constantly mix it up

  • I'm assuming that you mean I'm performing it differently than I did in a few of my other videos. The other videos, where I am facing out, it's more like a front squats, which places most of the emphasis on the quads. I use a close stance with toes straight ahead to hit the top (rector femoris) and outer sweep (vastus lateralus). The positioning I used in this particular video (facing in)hits the hams and glutes a lot more. You still get a lot of muscle fiber recruitment in the quads either way.
