i heard from my friend that this song was made for a cancer patient that wrote the singer a letter, telling him how there songs made it easier for him/her. idk which it is. but once i listened it it made alot of sense. but either way its an amazing song that everyone should listen too (:

@krazyazin120797 She was a girl called Carrie from brisbane ..not a cancer patient but very depressed and had a tough life ... she was 16 and idolised the band ... she wrote them a letter but a few months later she and her family moved interstate ...the lead singer wrote a reply to the letter but because no one was living at the house anymore the letter was returned to the sender and the band assumed the worse...that the girl's life and become too hard for her and she had ended it ....

This is my all-time favorite album of the Ataris. :) Every song is worth a listen, and their over of boys of summer was soundtrack to my summer when it came out back then.
