Yeah, but hasn't he turned into a sort of "Generic" favorite? ALot of the videos that newer kids have seen of him are their favorites, and they end u not paying attention to any other players, so it's like, they watch this vid(which is totally insane btw) and just say, "Well, Mickey is better" because of his speed. If it's not fast, they don't like it. This is the kind of stuff I like, slower,smoother, techier play, and not just all flash and speed.
A beginner is just like a non-yoyoer. They think technical tricks are boring. when I started out, I thought yuuki and mark Montgomery sucked. But my mind matured and I understood the complexity of the tricks.
Mark Montgomery rocks everybody's socks with his amazing skillz. Yeah I don't Mickey for some reason. He is good and all, but Yuuki is better. And Mark is the master of the universe.
