  • @overwhelmingtraffic As you commit to change you will be pulled from pillar to post as they say,such as it seems to be with all things having power to create such dynamic change in people.

    There is the element that are fanatics,those that are the hucksters,and there is the " damn lies and statistics " that each group will lead their charge with. The overwhelming peer-reviewed evidence that I have read and act on, is of a low-fat, plant-based diet and absence of grains being a sound start :-)

  • @watzzupsport I am sure you are right :) Plant based diet for the win ! :) I saw you mention chia seeds (correct spelling?) you referred to them as a super food. I've not heard of them before. Why are they so good? Thanks

  • @overwhelmingtraffic They are full of essential nutrients, with a low environmental impact for commercial growing.
