  • There is hip rotation in that exercise. Not good if you are working on the obliques.

  • this isnt bodybuilding were not looking to "isolate" muscle groups. this exercise is great for rotational strength and core strength for sports. especially fighting since it can mimic the core rotation during a hard punch. core and rotational strength is huge in punching and lots of sports
