Why would you do that ? What enjoyment would you get out of purposely annoying someone ? There are enough stresses in life without people trying to annoy people on purpose.
Well, my friend STRESS is the key word here. I personally don't need to feel rushed or hovered around when I am looking for my car. When in reality there is a parking spot within reasonable walking distance from MY spot. A study in laziness and time usage is what this mounts to. Less BS in getting a far spot that IS available than seeking a spot that is not. Read my 500 page thesis on parking and lazy people. See you at the buffet!
