    I'm 18, as are my friends. We've all been trying to get in shape and be healthy after fluxuating with our weight and body image in high school.

    Trouble is we can't join a gym right now and are pretty limited in transportation as well as money to spend. What would you suggest are fun ways for us to excersise either alone when we're apart often or together hanging out? We are beginers when it comes to excersising so sometimes running sounds boring and impossible for us

    I thought a food journal was just simply recording your calorie intake-I think im definately going to start one now that I know more

    Also thank you for the website advice, The nutrition I may lack has been something I constantly worry about

  • Thanks for another great video I struggle with stress eating & disordered eating but the food journal has helped me alot these past months. I like your idea about writing down my stress before I eat, and writing how i feel before I eat, thanks for the great tip I tried it today! ( : You gotta make more videos like these
