  • I really hope people arent just watchin this stuff to get out of trouble. if your educated you wont get into trouble. the state is beneath you, man created the state and no redress can come from its local courts for such things, she shouldnt have allowed herself to be there in the first place

  • Hiring a lawyer (or having one assigned to you) is evidence that you are incompetent and unable to handle your own affairs. This instantly puts you in the position of a child or ward of the state. Leaving you needing to ask permission to engage in a lawful activity. Analogy: A child asks mom for a cookie. Mom just takes the cookie. To establish that you are not a ward of the state, you need to object to the suggestion of counsel and claim that you are capable of handling your own affairs.

  • Why does this woman not have an attorney present with her? Even if she is 100% innocent she still requires council!

  • What is the latest news?

  • Free Ivy!

  • Thanks for the video, Jeremy. +1

  • The judge is so *sweet* and *compassionate* and *understanding* while she explains to Ivy why she's going to stay locked in a cage.

  • Oh, the judge is just soooo friendly. She just wants to let Ivy go, but those darn Rhode Island government people. They are so bad. I wish I could just let you go on your own recognizance. But my hands are tied. I'm just doing my job. Sieg Heil!

  • They didn't even have the courtesy to un-handcuff her.
