I think it's because they seem to think western audiences won't be able to handle the "cutie cartoons" when there's actually a lot of anime fans (myself included). It's a shame really, then again, it doesn't really deter from the gameplay or storyline so it's not a huge issue.

So far it's exclusive to the Xbox360, I beleive SE made some kind of deal with Microsoft or something I'm not sure. So I doubt it will ever go to the PS3.
