i just wanted to let you know that i've been watching your progress for a while now and i think you are amazingly strong. you always take the high road when someone leaves a nasty comment. unfortunately i'm not as sweet so i attempted to inform him of what a #*$%he is. trying to figure out how to get that guys butt kicked off. anyway, i hope you keep getting stronger and healthier. watching your videos has helped move me along to my almost surgery date.
